Horrible experience with this company! After speaking with them several times about an issue I had with my car I got my own diagnostic machine and told them what the issue was. The guy I spoke with told me how much the problem would be to fix it. ($250) so I agreed to have them fix it. After they got my car they called and told me the issue was exactly what I told them it was but told me it would be an extra $150 because they had to diagnose the issue. The $250 turned into $500! Thank god I told them to forget the oil change because that was an additional $80! They also mentioned my car tires and said they were going bad and my tires are pretty new! Hopefully nothing happens to them after going there! This was a terrible experience and I will never go to them again! UPDATE. The manager sent me an email like a survey asking if I was happy with the service I responded to that email and no response whatsoever then I see it says the owner responded to my google review.. Clearly that’s for show! After leaving a review the day I got my car back and responded to an email that same day then calling 5 times I received a call back from Paul at the dealership who offered me points to come back to the place I truly feel robbed me so I declined and ask for what was rightfully mine he said because it was so long ago (2 weeks) the file was closed but he would call me back which he never did. Again I called left reviews and responded to their email THE SAME DAY! Over a month and 3 weeks now still nothing! More

Ford was unable to do any deals on the Bronco we purchased which was upsetting and they also told me they had some of the accessories in stock but when I went to purchase them nothing was in stock:( purchased which was upsetting and they also told me they had some of the accessories in stock but when I went to purchase them nothing was in stock:( Needless to say but it was also upsetting. Other than those two comlaints my wife and I love the Bronco! More

Went to this dealership looking for a Ford F-150. After looking around at the trucks, I was met by Christopher Balke, a sales representative for the dealership. DO NOT SERVICE HERE. By far the most unprofessional and simply just not a good choice. I bought a 2023 that has been in the service department 3 times for the same issu By far the most unprofessional and simply just not a good choice. I bought a 2023 that has been in the service department 3 times for the same issue with the brakes squeaking. Twice they were to have a loaner car per conversations with Dustin and twice. When I got there, he tried to act as if we never had a conversation about having a loaner car for me after I waited 11 days after attempting to have the vehicle looked at twice in that time. I emailed the GM Dan, and he didn’t even respond. This place is the worst place you can go to. Dan Hoppenjan is the GM. Doesn't respond to emails about concerns and does nothing to help if you have an issue. THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO FOR SEVICE is Porcaro Mitsubishi. More
