Wow what a breath of fresh air! No games no typical xx you get at most dealerships these days. When we started our search we were contacted by a bunch of dealership, not one would give us an out the door price exept Jamie at Wickstrom. Jamie sent us the total price within minutes. The price was fair, not the lowest we saw advertised, Jamie made sense when he said "why do think they won't give you an OTD price? The entire process was swift and no surprises.

Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.

We very much enjoyed working with Billy O’Dwyer. He explained to me that he’s your best salesman, and I can see why! He is amazing! So knowledgeable about Ford products and any number of random things. For example, I was not aware that there was a unique species of freshwater dolphins in Lake Michigan. He is truly amazing and a pleasure to work with. Also, Billy’s assistant, Bill Kolkowski, was very helpful as well. However, Bill didn’t seem to know too much about the Dolphins. Thanks you.

I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

I had an excellent experience working with the folks at Napleton to get my 25 F150 XLT. Rich aka "The Gray" was not only a good dude, but a fair and reasonable point of contact with the sales manager Bob aka Big Hoss. Bob was a touch of a tough sell on a couple minor items- but, it's a negotiation, and we reached a very fair price OTD with the Gold Certification I wanted on the truck. Rocco Boberto DiCicci with the slick hair in the finance office was no xx, no pressure- he did upsell an additional warranty which I opted not to take at this time, and he was totally cool about the whole thing. I'm pleased with my new Truck and grateful to the folks here at Napleton for making this a smooth, no pressure, no xx experience.
