The manager, Benjamin and service manager, Robert took advantage of a 78 yr old man that has been hospitalized multiple times and in rehabs. This gentleman is a senior citizen who happens to be a veteran advantage of a 78 yr old man that has been hospitalized multiple times and in rehabs. This gentleman is a senior citizen who happens to be a veteran and they took advantage of him by completing over $10,000 worth the work then making him buy his car back for over $16,900 and his car is not worth the total paid. I was in touch with the repeatedly throughout the course of this man’s illness and they acted like they cared. I sent a check for the amount owed for repairs and the dealership said it bounced but the bank it was written on denies it. I sent a cashiers check and they sat on it for over a month while they filed a mechanics lien. The customer in question is bedridden and not aware but they called him for permission to buy back his car. Please steer clear of this dealership and their underhanded ways. It’s horrible that they took advantage of a senior citizen that served his country. After trying multiple times to resolve this matter, it was referred to the home office who has been silent. The dealership has the car and his money. Beware if you’re elderly, cognitively impaired, or have an emergency where you end up in the hospital and nursing home for over a year. Still waiting since 11/24 to resolve this issue. More

This dealership works very hard and successfully to make the service experience a customer centric one. My battery somehow died on my 2024 911 Turbo S. I tried a number of steps to get it started, but no luck. The Service Manger, Rob Blizzard, sent his Asst.
