He was successful and took it to the dealership to clear all faults and ensure the battery could be recharged which they were able to do. The Annapolis Porsche Service team went above and beyond and were great! More

I did not want to return across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge without knowing whether this was a safety issue. Jamie Wist took the car in immediately and provided a loaner vehicle. The issue was quickly resolved with a software update and returned to me. Porsche Annapolis is very well run with excellent customer service and great staff. More

Over father's day weekend I came across a Boxster S in their inventory and quickly inquired about it. I initially spoke with Ashkan who set me up with Stephen Wilcox to take me through the car's details. I appreciated not being treated like a transaction and more like a customer. The general manager Ben came to greet me and made himself available to assist in addressing my needs. Finance manager Danny Pena got me in and out quickly. The service center's foreman Alexis Rodriguez even made a pit stop to introduce himself too. To be clear, there was no sales pitch, pressure, or gimmicks. It was quite refreshing to have a car purchase from a professional team who relied on a consultative approach rather than trying to trigger impulse. In a commoditized industry like car sales, customer service, knowledge and humility sets them apart. From the moment I was greeted by the lovely Greta (customer experience manager) to the prompt follow up by Steve after the purchase, few car transactions have gone as smoothly as this one. The new GM Ben is making significant strides to elevate the end to end purchase and ownership experience. As a long time Porsche owner, I'm happy to have been made an example of the changes he's bringing. More
