Hugo in the Service Department took the time to show me how the software paired with my phone and how all the options worked. They could have easily charged me for the software and the installation, but they charged me for neither for what amounted to my mistake. Very classy operation! More

Bing Chen was great. Attentive, practical, honest. I bought an Audi A8l from Bing. He made sure all my questions were answered. Allowed me to test drive the car for as long as I needed to feel comfort I bought an Audi A8l from Bing. He made sure all my questions were answered. When I made my decision, he and Mark Madden went above and beyond to come in early at the dealership so I could finalize the paperwork. Then Bing cleaned up the car, filled it with gas and drove it to my house because I couldn't get off work in time to pick up the car. Now THAT'S customer service for a prestige level car! No acrimonious haggling, no "I'll have to ask my manager," no urging to buy unwanted options, etc. Just: "this is the price, here's the discount we can offer." Period. My trade-in, a Corvette C7, was taken without hesitation or low-balling. My salesman was Graeme Reeves and my paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Mr. Steve StClair.
