When I bring a car for service, I get an estimate of the cost, without asking. They always have a loaner car (if you reserve one), they always communicate the progress of your work, they always undercut th cost, without asking. Hugo is an extremely knowledgeable Porsche service advisor with many years of experience. The other service advisors are highly competent as well. Service Manager Rob B, and Head Mechanic Alexis R are a joy to work with. The videos they provide in the course of service are extraordinarily helpful in informing the customer of status and type of worked required. This dealership is extremely well managed and has recruited talent with very high levels of expertise. More
