I had a great experience at Arlington Porsche, Michael Chauca is amazing! He made the process really smooth! From my Google review: Provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They provided fair value for my trade in despite not being a prior customer and the vehicle I purchased was listed at a service from start to finish. They provided fair value for my trade in despite not being a prior customer and the vehicle I purchased was listed at a reasonable price. They provided a full carfax and were not pushy. Junehee did a great job and has been very good to work with. Edit: The above comment still stands with a caveat on buying a vehicle here and working with the finance department. I purchased a used vehicle mid-July 2021. October 5th, 2021 I was notified that my out of state registration was never sent in. Their policy is they don't refund late fees for out of state registration because they cannot help delays. I think, okay it will be a small fee. I call Porsche October 6th and again October 7th about the issue and was told they are checking it out and will let me know. October 16th I am in contact with Porsche again because I was told my plates are now at the dealership. I'm not sure what happened in the middle but I am now out $385 penalty for the tax bill being submitted late. I called them in December when I was notified of this outstanding penalty and they essentially said they will not help because of their late fee policy. After I was notified of the fee, the Illinois DMV shows the RUT-25 (tax form) was not even filed until October 6th. I'm not sure who is at fault between the dealer or whoever handles their out-of-state registrations. Maybe it is coincidence the tax form was filed the day I called them. More
