My husband and I went to purchase a gently used Porsche Panamera. We only found a few at Porsche of Arlington so we went to see them. Clown shoes and time wasters. Contacted dealership on May 31st about a car they had listed on Cargurus (2011 Corvette ZR1). Emailed and spoke with their internet sales manager Mik Contacted dealership on May 31st about a car they had listed on Cargurus (2011 Corvette ZR1). Emailed and spoke with their internet sales manager Mike Chauca, confirmed car was there, details and number of keys. Arranged to have my independent car dealer drive up to Porsche Arlington Wednesday June 3rd, over 2 hours from North Carolina to inspect in person. The car itself checks out, few dings and scratches to be expected with a 10 year old used car. My dealer spoke to Mike in person, gave him all my info, and ready to make an offer the next day. Thursday June 4th I call at 1pm, and make offer on the car. I'm called back 20 min later and told there's a deposit that was placed the same morning. Seems like poor internal communication. Nobody bothered to contact me or my Indy dealer at any of our points of contact to follow up with us first. Sold the car out from under me, different salesmen telling different stories. I emailed the sales GM my feedback (Sami Elkabir) never heard a word back. I'm content not spending $60k here. More

Leandro was very patience and helpful. I originally came in to look at one vehicle but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I told Leandro that and we looked on the lot to see if there was a vehicle that I like in to look at one vehicle but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. We were about to go back in when he suggested we look in the back to see if there were any new vehicles. And there was my vehicle with everything I wanted AND within my price range.
