Most important my wife had to feel confident driving the vehicle as well, and budget was a big consideration, particularly for her. The gem in the whole process was the professional expertise, kind manner and particularly the patience of our sales rep, Kody Wood. We test drove a number of different vehicles and were still a bit hesitant until, having listened and observed our feelings he pointed out the perfect car; within a few miles of the test drive the car was sold.
