Prior to the purchase, he video taped the car explaining all of the features, I recently purchased a VW Tiguan from Kody Wood at Porsche of Arlington. Prior to the purchase, he video taped the car explaining all of the features, so when I arrived I was already informed about the vehicle. The week after I bought the car, I had a minor issue with the key fob, which normally would not have been covered by my warranty, but Kody settled everything and I had to pay nothing.
