The same was true in the finance office, where Terry Long found me a better rate than my own bank, and like Mr. Kang, had a no pressure style. Mr Long provided me the usual add-on offers that all dealers present, but with a no pressure style. Mr. Long even said I can even come back later to purchase any of the warranties or add-ons for the same price offered. It ended up truly being an unusual experience for this area, as I felt welcomed but not crowded or hurried as I considered the purchase of the car and all of the offers. More

He explained all the vehicles we were interested in with significant expertise and patience. It was indeed a great experience, and we will be seeing him again in a few years when we upgrade to the Gen 3 Cayenne. Service Department = Troy in service is also a pleasure to work with and incredibly proficient in his position. He kept me informed every step of the way when my car was getting detailed, and some cosmetic repairs got done. Amazing to work with. Finance Manager = Terry is top notch, I always get low-interest rates with USAA and Navy Fed, but he was able to beat them both. Overall experience 5 of 5. More
