I showed up on a busy Sun (without much notice), 2 hrs before closing and they stayed very late to get the paperwork done, until I can drive home with my Cayman. I live in northern Md so that helped to do it on one trip. It also helps if you have agreement on the pricing before showing up, test drive and take care the detail at the dealer. Junhee and Terry were very professional, helpful and friendly. Everything went smoothly ( a little wait in doing the financing part, but I understand it was a busy day) More

I’m just a regular person who wanted to lease a cool car and he did it make me feel ‘less than’ or ‘unworthy’ for wanting a Porsche. He made a regular person feel valued and I appreciate that a lot. The young lady at the front desk was kind, as well. And Hector was a total professional and made me feel valued, as well. They knew this was my ‘first’ fancy car and they made me feel good about it. I’m happy I came to Porsche of Arlington and not the one in Tyson’s. Kudos to the staff at Porsche of Arlington, you really know what you’re doing!! More

Incredible Honesty/Integrity-above and beyond Turned our Porsche Macan S back to our dealer on Long Island-it came off lease. Car found its way to Porsche of Arlington in Arlington, Va. We overlooked that we had left an envelope in the car marked "Emergency" with $140.00 in it. Kody Wood, Certified Porsche Brand Ambassador found it and could have easily kept it, we had completely forgotten about it. Instead, Kody and the Sales Manager, Joseph Langsdale, contacted me and Fed-Exed the money back to our home immediately . I am a US Army veteran and a Graduate of West Point and Kody Woods' actions are in keeping with the best traditions of both institutions! What could have easily been "found money" for him with no one the wiser, he choose to do the honorable thing and return it. To me, this speaks volumes about Kody and the organization he works for; I would certainly trust them without question. I can assure you that if we relocate to the Virginia area, they will have a customer for life! More
