Great buying experience! I was looking for an end of year deal on a slightly used sports car. I found a white 911 with 5k miles at Porsche of Arlington priced very aggressively. I made an appointment to see the car with low expectations of the buying process. I met with Porsche Specialist, Jeff Sunstrom, and it was a breath of fresh air! Jeff was very conversational, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We did a thorough and unrushed test drive, which I appreciated. He answered all of my questions. Jeff did not use any pressure tactics, but I was ready to buy before pulling back into the dealer lot. Jeff helped achieve my goal of purchasing the car and driving it home that day. He was very upfront about the price, the process, my options to extend the warranty, expectations of the service department, and he even helped me get a better interest rate! He was all over the dealership coordinating with finance, service, etc to expediently make sure my new car was good to go! The Best Car Buying Experience We've had. We had been looking to downsize from my wife's Mercedes ML350 Mercedes SUV. I did some initial online research, on midsize SUVs, and the Porsche Mecan We had been looking to downsize from my wife's Mercedes ML350 Mercedes SUV. I did some initial online research, on midsize SUVs, and the Porsche Mecan topped the list. So I went back online and, to find a dealer for the vehicle and Porsche or Arlington came up. I entered my information and had a response within 15 minutes. Made an appointment and came in a talked to a representative, Junehe Hung, who was very helpful. I indicated to him that the vehicle was for my wife but wanted to get some info and do a test drive before bringing her in. He explained Porsche of Arlington's transparent approach to pricing, which I liked. We then took a text drive. Upon return, I set up an appointment to bring my wife in on Saturday, January the sixth. We came in on Saturday, and Kody Wood continued the process for my wife and I. We went through what we were looking for, based on my previous visit, in terms of pricing, color and accessories. Kody was able to find exactly what we were looking for and brought the vehicle out. We took another test drive and my wife was very pleased and we started the purchase process. Having bought a number of vehicles over the years, it should be noted that, based on those prior experiences, Kody was the ultimate professional. He listened, was attentive, answered all of our questions, walked though the sales process with us and was there at the end, when the deal was finalized, to explain the features of the car to us and to customize some of the settings for my wife's convenience. It was truly one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over forty years of buying cars. I would highly recommend Porsche of Arlington and Kody Woods as the sales consultant to contact.
