Poor customer service/discriminatory practices I wouldn't recommend any of my colleagues visit this dealership nor purchase a vehicle. I felt like I was being discriminated against. Even after I brought it to someone's attention, there was no effort made to contact or direct me to the receptionist or a sales manager to address my concern or help to find a vehicle. More

20th Century Sales "Professionals" I've visited Arlington Porsche twice in nineteen years. No one likes a high pressure sales situation, but at Arlington Porsche there is "0" sales assi I've visited Arlington Porsche twice in nineteen years. No one likes a high pressure sales situation, but at Arlington Porsche there is "0" sales assistance and forget about any pressure period! I'm not sure why? Are the sales folks sizing a potential buyer up and make a personal judgement as to whether they'll purchase a Porsche? Or are you suppose to beg a supposed sales "professional" for assistance? If begging is the thing, then Porsche of America will never compete with other Euro brands that employ up to date 21st century sales techniques. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and even Porsche now offer more mainstream priced models like the Porsche Macan S. Please Porsche of America send Arlington Porsche's sales staff back to training! Porsche ownership is no longer limited to the socially elite! Meantime till they figure this out which could take awhile, you the valued consumer need to purchase you new Porsche from a dealer that wants to earn your business and make $$$$! If you do decide to buy from Arlington Porsche make sure to dress CEO style and please barrow your uncles Cadillac, so Arlington Porsche's sales "professionals" will believe you're ready to deal! Don't be fooled by Troy Thrift's last name I had the car towed in to replace the battery. In addition to the batter, there was a charge of $188 to determine if the battery was dead. Then Troy told me the annual service visit would ONLY cost $850 in a chirpy voice. I don't think ONLY and $850 belong in the same sentence. Then I found out the assorted repairs on my 2001 911 Carrera with 22,500 miles would total about $14,000. I took the car to Capital Hill Motors and paid $800 to get it in working order. So far, the car is running beautifully. If that changes....I will let you know. Years ago I had another very expensive repair that did not fix the problem, so my trust in their service team is gone. Sorry Guys! More

New Porsche Purchase By far the worst dealership in America. Had a signed buyers order at msrp and Sami the GM reneged on deal to sell car over sticker to someone else. Had to make complaints to PCNA among others like Rosenthal Corporate who didn't care and were not helpful. I would recommend staying away from Sami and the dealership as a whole. He doesn't know how to treat customers and belongs at a used car lot selling cars under $5k. Its sad because I wanted to like this dealership and he gave me every reason not to. Some of the sales and service guys are ok, but the GM needs to go! More
