Came for a basic oil change/inspection. Scheduled for 9:30 AM. Car was not pulled in to the service bay until 10:30 AM. If you're going to charge $500 per hour, you should pay customer the Scheduled for 9:30 AM. Car was not pulled in to the service bay until 10:30 AM. If you're going to charge $500 per hour, you should pay customer the same for having to wait. I've owned many BMW's and have never experienced what I consider 'poor' service from a service department. I won't get into the condescending explanations for what I consider 'basic' bluetooth operations and Adaptive Cruise Control issues. I tried Porsche. While the Macan is decent, the inflated hourly rate charged is not. More
