Buying a high-performance Porsche from out of state requires a great deal of trust, and Chad earned that trust every step of the way. He was patient, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered promptly, and when I requested additional information—including a PIWIS diagnostic report, brake pad measurements, prior service records, and having the technician inspect the PCCB ceramic brakes—Chad coordinated everything with the service department and kept me informed along the way. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, Chad made sure I had the information I needed to make an informed decision, even when my requests required extra effort from the dealership. When a paperwork issue was discovered, he had the documents corrected immediately and kept the process moving smoothly.
