It was terrible service. I went in to fix a flat tire and get an estimate on some painting for the front and rear of the car. They told me it would take 1.5-2.0 hrs so I wa I went in to fix a flat tire and get an estimate on some painting for the front and rear of the car. They told me it would take 1.5-2.0 hrs so I waited. It took 4 hrs, never made the painting estimate and told me they will send me the estimate and a week later I am still waiting. Had to buy 2 tires for a simple nail in one tire. More

Communication was great. I was very happy with the service. I was in for a standard oil change and noticed an issue with a broken interior door pocket. I was very happy that the team was able to address and repair this issue without having to replace it. I really appreciated that. I am sure the repair was more difficult than I described. After being unable to fill my tank due to over pressurization, I gave up at 1/3 tank. I could hear air pressure building and fuel backing up in the throat. Johnny had the vehicle for 30 hours, put pressurization, I gave up at 1/3 tank. I could hear air pressure building and fuel backing up in the throat. Johnny had the vehicle for 30 hours, put 3 gallons of gas in the care and told me they could not find a problem. I was told they would let it sit over night and try again but that did not happen I was also told I would hear back from him by 11am. That did not happen either as I had to call at noon. This was the second time I ask for help with the tank depressurization issue, once at your Chandler and this time at Arrowhead. This is certainly not the service I expected. More
