First Visit to the Porsche Service Center at Harmony I have owned cars from Harmony (Deal) for 17 years. A total of 5 cars, 3 VWs and 2 Porsches. When I owned my first Porsche it was Deal Motors, so th I have owned cars from Harmony (Deal) for 17 years. A total of 5 cars, 3 VWs and 2 Porsches. When I owned my first Porsche it was Deal Motors, so this time around I bought the car at Harmony Motors and then brought it in to have a few things done that I noticed after owning the car for 2 weeks. Note this is a 2012 Panamera with low mileage. I have the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty that I bought and will discuss later. Staff is very friendly, especially Mike Woodard who sold me the car. I am running out of time, if someone wants to call me I can give details and suggestions on the experience. Jim More

Treats my Turbo's with TLC! Throughout the years Doug and Patrick have been phenomenal. I've taken my 2007 911 Turbo to them for years, and now I'm taking my recently acquired 20 Throughout the years Doug and Patrick have been phenomenal. I track my cars, and Patrick being a racer, understands, the specific needs for a cars that is tracked often. (Almost like they encourage it!) I've always been given access to garage area, not all dealerships let customers in the service area. Doug has always been courteous, and returns my emails and telephone calls quickly. More

While traveling, Porsche Ashville did me a real solid. My wife and I were on a major cruise from Massachusetts through Ashville, the Smokies, and the Shenandoah Mountains. The top mechanism on my 2002 911 My wife and I were on a major cruise from Massachusetts through Ashville, the Smokies, and the Shenandoah Mountains. The top mechanism on my 2002 911 C4 Cab refused to go down completely. On hours notice, I was in the shop, the problem analyzed, the car washed and, though they couldn't fix it that day, they supplied me with a list of the parts needed and a work-around to operate the top manually while we were on the road. They saved the day. And the visit was complementary! Much appreciated. A class act all the way around. We could enjoy the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Tail of the Dragon in the open air. More
