unfriendly and rude i had left my car for evaluation of the mechanical problem.was contacted by scott over the phone regarding what was wrong.I hadn't seen his e mail as i had left my car for evaluation of the mechanical problem.was contacted by scott over the phone regarding what was wrong.I hadn't seen his e mail as to what the breakdown of the estimate for the work was.Initially I did ok the work but then I called him back and asked to cancel he would not give me any guestimate as to what the cost can be if they have to further work then just the diagnosis andn almost sounded rude.A car which 2007 you want to know some idea what will be the approximate cost befoe you start going forward with very expensive repairs, Simple ans could be if we need to open the or take down the engine this is the cost and there can be more.This would give me some idea,but Scott wes really very unhelpful and put a blank ans we cant tell you anything untill they charge more for the 700 diagnostic.Even on the phone he should have explained the breakdown of the cost ,which he didn't.really disappointed with the very unhelpful attitude More
