The dealership is great. Mark Higgs is awesome and has always been incredibly helpful and respectful. On the other hand, Sergey is not my favorite service advisor. The last 2 times I’ve come in for service he’s spoken pretty disrespectfully to me. Every time I’d ask a question, instead of answering the question he would say something along the lines of “well this is the Porsche way”. I actually asked him last time i was there getting 2 tires changed due to defects in the tire if he could give me a quote on replacing the other two as well. He told me that he wasnt going to do it that day because he was busy and I was lucky to be squeezed into the schedule that day. I was pretty shocked after that visit. I’d actually like to change my service advisor to Steven Hennessy. He was incredibly helpful to me whenever I tried to get a hold of Sergey on 3 separate occasions without success. Steven made me feel taken care of which I really appreciate. More

Great service and personnel/staff actually take care of their customers as if they are part of the family. Very thorough service and always feel appreciated in my 18 mos of being a customer with Porsche A their customers as if they are part of the family.
