RUSSELL is absolutely the BEST Customer Service Tech. He responds very well and helps resolves the issue. Exceptional service every time. I own three Porsches and Scott Green goes out of his way to take care of them. The only negative comment I have is management's decision to hit us I own three Porsches and Scott Green goes out of his way to take care of them. The only negative comment I have is management's decision to hit us customers with a 3% surcharge if we want to use a credit card. The hourly rate to get a Porsche serviced is not inexpensive, so getting hit with this stupid charge at the end is annoying. Management needs to rethink this policy! More
