Cayenne Purchase Experience We first visited the dealership in Mid August looking for a preowned Cayenne. We were met by Roman Williams and 2 other individuals. They were very ac We first visited the dealership in Mid August looking for a preowned Cayenne. We were met by Roman Williams and 2 other individuals. They were very accommodating and at the time there were no vehicles that met our needs. We advised we would be back in mid September after a vacation abroad. In mid September we were contacted by Roman and we advised we would interested in looking again. Roman advised he would be on vacation and asked we contact his manager to arrange for help. We did and received a call from Danny, who was asked to assist us . He said he had an appointment the following day and would call us to arrange for us to come in. When we didn’t hear back we called and he advised he as tied up with a new car deleivery and suggested that we come in and anyone would be happy to help us. We came into the dealership and Brandon greeted us. We were interested in looking at 3 cars, but they were not on site. We took another vehicle to an offsite facility to view the vehicles and test drove them. They had a look at our existing Cayenne for trade in value. The next morning we contacted Brandon and advised were interested in the 2016 Hybrid. Over the next 36 hours we had a very unlike Porsche purchase experience, which included no communication for more than a day, leaving us frustrated a feeling that the dealership was not to interested in selling us a Vehicle. When Brandon did call back, we explained our frustration and he apologized and advised he would speak to his manager. Within hours he called back and we agreed to purchased the vehicle. We picked the car the next day and our delivery experience was outstanding. The car was cleaned ready to go when we arrived and he went through the vehicle with us and we were out in less than an hour. This restored our confidence in the dealership and our past experiences with Porsche. More
