Poor service since departure of Max Landes Bought two Porsche’s from dealer , the sales person May Neff is excellent , Have had both Porsche’s serviced at dealer with excellent service from A Bought two Porsche’s from dealer , the sales person May Neff is excellent , Have had both Porsche’s serviced at dealer with excellent service from Adviser Max However , quality has drop off since Max left Brought my 2015 Porsche Macan in , the brake light was on . Service said front rotor’s and pads need replaced . I had the service performed When I picked up car , the brake light was still on So brought car back to dealer The new service adviser said the rear brakes need repaired at cost of over $1,000.00 So the rear brakes were fine , now suddenly the rear brakes need repair with No miles driven in car Light was on when picked up car I called the service manger twice left a message with no response, The new service adviser Tim was called no less than 6 times and finally got call back after 3 days . I would not recommend Porsche Atlanta for repairs due to no concern for customers concerns More
