Exceptional and Professional Quality Dealership I’d been looking for a particular color combination of an Infinity QX and found one listed on CarFax. It was 3 hrs away in NJ . Never buying a vehicle I’d been looking for a particular color combination of an Infinity QX and found one listed on CarFax. It was 3 hrs away in NJ . Never buying a vehicle out of state, i was a little hesitant. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Alan Causing in ref to the vehicle. He answered ALL of my questions and even sent me photos of the vehicle , both inside and out. I was so comfortable dealing with Alan, I committed to terms over the phone, provided everything needed to secure the purchase so that all that was left to do was to drive up and pick up the QX. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by John Rachmiel who introduced me personally to Alan, whom I’d only talked to over the phone and walked me through the nuances of this beautiful QX . Nancy Werner, the finance manager, walked me through the finance and pointed out some options that were available that i didn’t realize i had.
