Informative, Transparent and very very Prompt Dealing with Flemington VW was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Typically I begin my vehicle searches by reaching out to severa Dealing with Flemington VW was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Typically I begin my vehicle searches by reaching out to several dealerships that all have comparable vehicles, all of which have at least the minimum features of what I am looking for via email requesting a straight forward price quote on the specific car I am interested in from their stock. Not only was Flemington the quickest to respond to my request but they were the most cost effective and transparent on their pricing. Once I decided to test drive the Atlas, I informed Jason that I would only have a limited window of time to look at the vehicle. Upon getting to the dealership the Atlas I wanted to look at was pulled to the front ready to go and within minutes (and with no additional hassle) we started the test drive. After the test drive I had to cut the visit unexpectedly short and Jason couldn't have been more understanding I asked him to follow up with me at a specific time to finish our conversation and to the minute is when I received the follow up call. It took me about 48 hours to finalize my decision and during that time there was absolutely no pressure to decide more quickly despite the several questions I had regarding the Atlas as well as additional inventory. Once I decided and the price was confirmed I let Jason know that unfortunately the conditions that I would need to take delivery of the Atlas would be very similar to during the test drive and he did everything he could to make sure that Mari, who would be preparing the remainder of the paperwork as well as assisting with the additional items such as Gap insurance and the service plan that was purchased was in the loop on the amount of time I would have. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the time I pulled off the lot was under an hour thanks to the exceptional service and preparation on both Jason and Mari's part, I also later found out that Mari came in on her day off to make sure that the delivery could be done on the day/time that I needed rather than expecting me to conform to their schedule. Additionally this dealership of roughly and hour from where I live, not only would I not hesitate to buy from them again in the future but I will also be having all service done there and have full confidence I will receive the same treatment from the service department as i did from sales More
