My car is a Q7 with Prestige Package with the adaptive air suspension, thus no small purchase and extremely important that I was happy with the people purchasing from in addition to the car. I first met Debbie Lotufo well over a year ago. Since the first visit, the numerous phone calls, countless emails, to the recent purchase in May 2019, Debbie has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even with all the time spent with me, she stood by me, addressing question after question. Many times, I reached out to her on a Sunday and always received a response the same day. Along the journey I was kept informed of new and changing programs from Audi as well as all my questions around configurations, etc were answered. Their level of customer service is outstanding! No pressure from Debbie or the dealership, only from my wife! Once I finally identified a car that happened to be in transit, I reached out to Debbie on a Sunday as I was concerned with the arrival of the car to the dealership and receiving loyality money from Audi. I received a phone call from Peter Costigan that same day detailing the specifics on the car and addressed my concerns. On the day of purchase the delivery experience was just as pleasant, very relaxing and the focus was on us. Debbie, Peter (and Mari) handled everything perfectly. Brett was again responsive and helpful with a recent warning light that was nothing more than the gas cap tether having caught between the seal.
