Without any hassle, showroom visits, phone calls with just a few emails I got the price I was looking for and the deal was done. Cindy Hughes was great - the best sales manager I ever had deal with. On her advise I completed my finance application on line from convenience of my home. I also scanned and emailed ahead all documents for my trade in car. While I was driving to Flemington all paperwork for trade in, financing and purchase was processed and prepared. It was a pure pleasure to meet Cindy, Tony Santangelo and Corey Evans who already waited for me when I came. Overall it was a perfect Internet buying experience. Great Service Mine was a tricky purchase. Relocating to the US from outside the country, I had limited time to test drive and decide on a car, and I had to do it a Mine was a tricky purchase. While the M3 was an easy decision, I was concerned about the difficulty of completing the paperwork, registration, licensing, etc... Tony and Jon were great with all of it. They overnighted all of the necessary paperwork internationally (and even included a return envelope). On my arrival (a month later), they arranged a pickup from the airport (thanks Ron!). Even though they close Saturdays at 6, Tony stayed the extra 20 minutes until I arrived. Licensed, detailed, and ready to go. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

Sue (sales person) showed me the car, answered more questions and worked through the purchasing process and insurance process so that everything would go smoothly. The staff at the dealership were very professional. They offered a fair price for the car and a fair price for my trade-in. Before I drove off in the new car, Sue set up the blue tooth connection for my phone and went over the controls to make sure I was comfortable driving.
