Great Dealership I found a car on line that I was interested in seeing and called the dealership and spoke with Victor. Sue (sales person) showed me the car, answered more questions and worked through the purchasing process and insurance process so that everything would go smoothly. The staff at the dealership were very professional. They offered a fair price for the car and a fair price for my trade-in. Before I drove off in the new car, Sue set up the blue tooth connection for my phone and went over the controls to make sure I was comfortable driving. My only complaint, which is unimportant because it is common to all dealers, is the pitch from a different salesperson to add the extras (like Glass Coat and much more, totalling potentially thousands of dollars) after a price has been agreed. The pitch is low pressure but very skillful and in retrospect really annoying. More

He allowed us to take an extended test drive of the car my daughter favored equipped the way she preferred. My daughter was quite impressed with the Volkswagen vehicle. This was my and her very first experience with shopping for a new car and we were thoroughly satisfied with the friendly hospitality we received. The sales associate did all he could to make us comfortable and at ease and seek out the answers to most all of our questions while we were there. We enjoyed a pleasurable shopping experience all in all, through and through. Very friendly dealership.
