On my first visit to the dealership, I test drove a Porsche w/Richard Karas who had tremendous knowledge & personal experience with that brand. The following weekend I entered the Audi showroom. Fortunately, the dealership asked if I had dealt with anyone previously when I entered & I mentioned Richard. There was no problem - they directed me to Richard, which was perfectly fine (actually preferred) for me. I was amazed how Richard seamlessly switched over to the Audi brand with equally impressive knowledge of the cars, options, features, etc. Richard is a great salesman - he sells the car through his knowledge and pride in the cars he's offering. Very accommodating and easy to do to business with; great listener, car aficionado and just tries to find a solution that works best for the customer. I picked up the car last weekend - I was sold over a few test drives on a Saturday. Very efficient process & an overall enjoyable experience for me and my family. More

She helped me decide on a car that would fit my personal needs, something I would truly love to drive. Ren Brewster assisted me on a second test drive, demonstrating sport mode and giving little details about different parts and the technology of the car. It was great to learn new information and helped me to love the car I was considering even more. Ed Goddard was also extremely helpful throughout my entire car buying experience. They were able to quickly accommodate a last minute change in the model I selected; still being able to obtain the new model within a couple days. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Harrison Turner and Corey Evans while at Flemington Volkswagen. Very impressed with all staff members. I would highly recommend this dealership. I went to Flemington VW/Audi/Porsche not only because I was longing for a VW again, but also because there have been many Flemington cars in my family. Ordinarily I'd say that any outpost of a given compan was longing for a VW again, but also because there have been many Flemington cars in my family. They are warm and helpful and very un-robotic in their sales approach.
