I was shopping for a "first car" for my teenage son. I was looking for a safe, reliable vehicle that he could fit into (he's 6'4"). After two months of looking on cars.com we finally found a car son. We did not end up getting the car that brought us to Flemington, but instead purchased an even BETTER match for our needs (2008 VW Jetta) thanks to the SUPERIOR assistance and attentiveness of John R. and Rob B. John R. and I communicated via phone, email and even text! His responsiveness (but not pushiness) immediately exceeded my expectations. As a team, their approach to sales and customer service is, quite honestly, the best I've ever experienced (and I've purchased and leased many vehicles in several different states over the years).
