I recently traded in my '98 BMW 318i for a '09 Audi A5. I worked with John Rachmiel and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff at Flemington Audi were by far the most professional, respectful, accommodating, friendly, and low-pressure car salespeople that met. I will admit that I am rather neurotic and obsessive compulsive when it comes to finding the perfect car. Mr. Rachmiel addressed every scratch and imperfection that I was able to find on the car. Although the car is five years old, it looks nearly brand new. I would certainly return to this dealership in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a new/pre-owned vehicle. Hopefully next time I will be looking in the adjacent showroom at a Porsche! More

I just recently bought a new car from Flemington Volkswagen. These days it is not always easy to buy a car, especially with the options, price and style desired and also with our busy schedules. However after some further thought and talking with my wife, I decided that I really wanted a white car (instead of black). I told my sales person (Rich Karas) and without any hesitation, he located the exact car at another dealer and had the car transported and ready for pick-up in a few days. I picked up the car last night without any problems. The main points here in my story is that this purchase was relatively effortless on my part and the sales person/dealership worked together to make it happen. My fiancé and I went to this dealership on a whim knowing we needed a new car in the near future, but never expected to sign papers that same day. Then, Victor greeted us, proceeded to talk to us about the Jetta Wagon we were looking at and offered a test drive. The particular car we were interested in was located in the back lot and he had no problem pulling a car around to take us back there and test drive on a freezing cold night. Victor was never pushy, never gave us a cheesy sales line and was perfectly able to answer all of our questions. Even better, we never felt like we were being judged. Victor went through everything we needed to know, called to check on our purchase a couple days later and followed up with a thank you card.
