The "great" experience I had at Flemington Audi during this purchase has to do with the superb customer service my wife and I received from the sales consultant Dan Keane. Dan sent a considerable amount of time (roughly 2.5 hours) with us during the first of the two visits that we made to this dealership. We were new to this dealership but had visited other dealerships including Mercedez, Lexus, Infinity and BMW and we had numerous questions about the automobile, purchase or leasing options with Audi. Dan was able to clearly expalin to us what we get in an Audi compared to the competion. Dan was able to answer all our questions (we had many) to our satisfaction and we were amazed at his knowledge about Audi and basically he made the sale to us during that visit. He took us for a test drive and to the overflow verhicle lot to show us the various exterior color options, interior trims, inlays etc. even though it was not the best day in terms of weather that day, it was raining and getting dark. He was happily willing to do all these over the second time when we came back to make sure about everything before we make our final decision on the vehicle. Dan told us about the corporate (J&J in my case) discount we would get at the outset and agreeing on the purchase price was very easy as well. Even after we decided on the vehicle, I was very particular about the color, type of options in the car, especially those that are offered only in the prestige package and Dan was able to identify a car that was to our liking even though he had to locate such a car at quite a distance from this dealership. He was very professional and at no time we thought we were pressured to settle for anything that we didn't like or didn't want. Dan was able to work with his business manager Jon Budd to get a financing rate that is acceptable to me. We were able to do a lot of the paperworkp over email and Dan was always very prompt and very responsive. During the vehicle delivery also Dan spent rougly 2 hours with me to go over all the details, features, technolog and provided all the tips for the best driving experience with this automobile. I have made 5 new car purchases and this is the best experience I had so far and no doubt that I will be recommending my friends to go talk to Dan when they are shopping for cars. More

Although 2014 Jettas were scarce because the new model year had not yet officially begun, Mr. Belize was successful in locating exactly what I was looking for, and he had it delivered to the dealership weeks ahead of schedule. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was most helpful in explaining and setting up all the features of the new car once it arrived. I was in need of a new car because my Saab SUV had over 180,000 miles and was in poor mechanical condition. When I contacted the dealrership Sue DePasque responded immediately.
