We were overwhelmed by the professionalism and attention-to-detail aspect of the entire dealership and our sales specialist, Debbie Lotufo. Debbie was patient when we needed patience and vigilant when we were anxious to proceed. You know what's fabulous? The customer is treated with equal reverence, no matter whether the keys turn on the exalted Porsche Carrera or the humble VW Passat(which is what we joyfully picked up). Ms. Lotufo kept us updated with each step and made us feel like we were her only clients, a very daunting feat, to say the least. She is very talented...and very kind. That is what we needed at a time when we were tense about making any kind of purchase at all. Did I mention that we live 1 1/2 hrs away? But we plan our weekends and vacations around our welcomed visits to Flemington for servicing and maintenance. It always feels like visiting family and there is nothing better than that.
