Ren took us for a test drive of the vehicle we wanted, which happened to be the display model on the showroom floor when we arrived. When asked if we could drive that car, the reply was a surprising "If that is the car you want to drive, it is no problem for us to take it out for you!" He was also thoroughly knowledgeable and highlighted the many features of the car. Tony took care of us during the price negotiation, and provided an introduction to the Service Manager and an in-depth explanation of the many features of the vehicle upon delivery to us that same day! He managed the overall transaction in an extremely professional manner while he was also handling another customer's taking delivery at the same time. Corey did an excellent job with the financial aspects of the transaction, thoroughly explaining the "add-ons" and all charges. We were made to truly feel like part of the family throughout the day, and we even received a follow-up call from Tony the morning after delivery to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the transaction and the vehicle.
