I gave the Flemington Audi dealership the rating I did because of professional manner used in selling a high-end vehicle, especially that of sales professional - Irena Williams. We started our search wit because of professional manner used in selling a high-end vehicle, especially that of sales professional - Irena Williams. We started our search with a pre-owned VW Toureg TDI which Irena suggested we take for a test drive. We took the Toureg for a test drive and found it was too large for our needs, so Irena steered us to the Audi Q5 TDI. The Audi was a brand new model and met all our needs. She searched for the color combination and equipment we wanted and her dealership had what we wanted. The next step was negotiation of trade-in and purchase price of Q5. That step was even easier and both deals were very fair - Audi and the Flemington dealership did a wonderful job to keep us driving an Audi. The drop-off of trade and pick-up of Q5 was very easy, Irena explained all the steps and went over all of the Q5. Irena was friendly and knowledgable making the sales experience very pleasurable and giving us the feeling we want to service our Q5 at Flemington Audi. More

Their friendliness, professionalism, and overal amicability was just as wonderful as I'd remembered from that first experience in 2011, making my decision to buy the 2013 Passat an easy one. They were sympathetic to my current situation with limited time to rent through my insurance, and got me the exact vehicle that I wanted very quickly. A couple of unanticipated "bumps in the road" at the end of the deal did not hinder their outstanding service. Last Saturday morning, my husband and I went to Flemington Audi dealer looking for a 2013 A4 Audi to replace my 2009 A4, When we got there there were 2 salesmen sitting behind their desk and busy o Flemington Audi dealer looking for a 2013 A4 Audi to replace my 2009 A4, When we got there there were 2 salesmen sitting behind their desk and busy on the phone, we had stood in the showroom for 2 minutes, then a gentlemen named Doug came by greeting us and told us that he will get a salesman to help us. Then Victor came out to help, he is very nice and humble he sits in the Volkswagon showroom area, I was wondering if he knows Audi as well as Volkswagon. As we already know what we need, so once the price is right. That is the deal. The deal went by smoothly. I picked the Car on the following Monday, Victor is very nice to walk through with me about the Feature on the dash board, there is little change compare with 2009 model. Over all, I give Victor an excellent service rating. More

I went to this dealer to buy my first car. Going in I was expecting to have to deal with annoying pressing salesman that would try to pressure me into more then what I wanted/needed. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me my options and was very straight forward about everything! When I finally picked my car he explained everything I would need to know about payment options, warranties, etc. Dan is very knowledgable about everything and answered all the questions I had about the car, prices, warrenty, etc. He never once tried pressuring me into anything I didn't want. Everyone at that dealership is very pleasant and easy to work with. Dan is THE MAN!!! He made my first car buying experience very fun and easy. If your going to buy a car from this dealership, go see Dan! I also worked with Jon Budd. He was my financial advisor. Jon went over all my paper work and explained to me how everything works and what options would be better for me. He was awesome as well!! When it came down to getting all the paper work signed so I could get my car, Jon was extremely prepared and organized so we didn't have any confusion. If you are going to be buying a car of any sorts from this dealership make sure you talk to Dan and Jon! They will make your car buying experience fun, easy and worry free!!!!! More
