We visited this particular dealership based on DealerRater's reviews (for once they were actually accurate) and based on reviews from various brand-related forums, even though it was about 35 mile DealerRater's reviews (for once they were actually accurate) and based on reviews from various brand-related forums, even though it was about 35 mile one-way drive for us from our home. We were looking for our 4th "vacation" car, for our second residence in Florida, and from what we've experienced at this dealership, it looks like we will be purchasing the car from them in some near future. The sales person who was helping us and providing us with several vehicles for test drive was clearly interested in selling the vehicle, but he wasn't "pushy" in any way and provided us with any information we were interested in, including answers to all kind of technical questions, making it clear that he knew a lot about these particular car models (and other car brands' models in general). He was also a nice person to converse with in more general way, even about miscellaneous topics not related to car sales, and he never showed like he was "wasting time" with us or any disinterest in us during all the time we spent on test driving various models. All in all it was a pleasant dealership experience (unlike with Flemington's BMW dealership across the highway, which we also unfortunately decided to visit) and even though we haven't yet started the purchasing process I believe we will be returning to this dealership in a very near future. After spending a day at the NY Auto Show, I was definitely interested in VW/Audi for my next car purchase. One phone call to the dealership and I was introduced to Dan who made an appointment with me for that afternoon to take a test drive. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted promptly and Dan had already pulled the keys to the car I wanted to try. We tried out a couple of cars until Dan showed me the silver A4. The negotiations were painless; Dan worked very hard with the sales and used car managers to put together what I think was an extremely fair package. He was helpful, low pressure, and easy to talk to throughout the entire transaction. I've already recommended him to my neighbor. More

I had a great expereince when I purchased a certified Audi from John Rachmiel recently. He even came in on his day off since that was the only day I could travel from CT to this dealership. The day I took the delivery of the car, I noticed a small dent on the side door of the car and the dealership offered to fix it without any problems. This will require a little bit of time on my part but I will be compensated for my expenses. Overall, it has been a very positive experience with John and the entire dealership. More
