I had a great experience getting my VW Jetta with Bob Paulson. In a very short amount of time I had all my paperwork completed and was prepared to drive off that Saturday with my new car.unfortunately my Paulson. I was coming in by bus and Bob graciously offered to pick me up at the station rather than try to find an alternate method of transportation.my car was cleaned, inspected and had new license plates already on it when I arrived so I was ready to go. Bob was extremly helpful and friendly and made an otherwise unpleasant experience for me (I hate car shopping) a very positive and pain free one. I'm looking forward to going back when my lease is up to get another. More

This is the third auto I have bought from Flemington. I would not be a repeat customer if I wasn't 100% satisfied with them. The past two vehicles I purchased were from Tony Santangelo. He is not you typical auto salesman (Flemington seems to have exception salesman, at least that is my experience). Tony is a low pressure, friendly, fun sort of guy who plays no games with his customers - no gimmicks, haggling over the cost. Very straight forward with a wealth of knowledge due to the fact he loves cars and is very enthusiastic about them. As a result, his knowledge provides one with the ability to understand what they need to know before making that final decision, which lets face it, is an important financial decision. He is truly a consummate professional who treats his customers as a friend, the family man in him shines thru. You rarely find Tony at his desk, where many other salesman would otherwise be waiting to pounce on the next potential customer to walk thru the door. Rather he seems to be always working,being involved with helping his customers meet all their needs. I would highly recommend him. I would would also like to thank all of the other staff for going out of their way to help me, the teamwork philosophy is quite apparent. One last note, I'm normally write very critical reviews, However in this case I truly cant think of anything to complain about - The only way they could have my experience better would have been to give me the car for free ! Wanted to get a PASSAT TDI SEL and thankfully this dealership had the exact one I wanted. Jason was very friendly, did everything in his power to make us feel at home his customer service was outstand dealership had the exact one I wanted. The only grip I would have to say was the price for the car I wanted alittle less but it was a disel car so couldn't get much off it.
