I've been dealing with Flemington Audi for around 5 years where the service dept has provided exceptional service going above and beyond not j state. I've been dealing with Flemington Audi for around 5 years where the service dept has provided exceptional service going above and beyond not just with my routine service but with my race tracking habit. I recently wandered and purchased a Q7 from another local dealer who had the car I wanted on the lot. I assumed this dealer would also be top notch but they were worse than a stereotypical used car lot. Audi corporate became involved and ultimately , Flemington Audi stepped up and corrected what the other dealer did not satisfy. Needless to say Flemington has me hooked for the long haul. Christina is terrific, Matt managed much of my remaining Q7 issues along with Ed moving swiftly to resolution. Lastly, Audi corporate proved how they're a great company standing behind their product and customer. More

A hard sell technique always turns me completely off and I would in no way have gone with Flemington had Paul used it on me - it is more than 50 miles away and not too convenient a location for me!
