In short both Doug Mathewson (Sales Mgr) and Paul Marion went the extra yards to deilver the specific car I wanted in the right color and features and in short order. Not once did they even suggest that I consider a slightly different model/color that they had on premise when that would have been far less legwork on their part - I respected that. Paul even came in on his day off to finish the paperwork and deliver the car to me so I could have it for a pending roadtrip. These guys are performing their jobs very, very well and with a genuine approach to making sure they're customers are satisfied. Great car shopping experience. More

After at horrible experience at another dealership my family stopped here to look at a car we saw online while on our way home. We got to the place and went and found the car. The car was in great shape with no scratches or any damage. We decided to go in to talk to a salesman. We were introduced to Doug the sales manager. He was very personable and just seems genuinely happy. We told him our story of our horrible experience with the other dealership and we could tell he definitely sympathized. we told him what car we were looking at and he went and got a salesman right away. He then handed us off the Paul. He brought us to the car and took us for a test drive. After, we went and talked about the price and all. throughout the talking we made small talk about anything and everything. He made the car buying experience fun!! :) upon purchasing the car we met corey the finance guy who also seemed happy to be doing his job. throughout the entire time (less than two hours) we got everything done to buy the car. He asked when we wanted to pick the car up (it had to get detailed and all). I said tuesday around six but the salesman said he leaves at 5 but is willing to stay for us. That was such a nice gesture but i insisted we come on wednesday so he didn't have to stay. I couldn't be more happier to have stopped at this dealer. The people were nice and outgoing (telling us personal stories and what not) and the best thing was THEY DID NOT PRESSURE US INTO BUYING THE CAR. they let us sit and talk it over without them pushing and pushing (a big plus in my book). If i could i would give the place a ten out of ten. they have amazing service and managed to make bar buying not a hassle. More
