Tiguan was rated as a top 3 choice for safety, performance and engineering, so I knew I had made a good decision. After and initial phone conversation with Jason Haye, who was a Certified Sales Associate at Flemington Volkswagen, I was so impressed with his committment and enthusiasm I set up an appointment, which was another good decision. Upon entering the beautiful showroom, my husband and I were greeted very warmly by friendly staff which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. When I returned to pick up my Tiguan, Jason spent time explaining how all of the technology worked, and how to use and program the equipment, including bluetooth which he set up for me. To top off this truly exceptional experience, my beautiful Tiguan was wrapped in a BIG BOW! I could not have felt more special. It is a practice of the Flemington dealership to have follow-up contact, and any time I had a question it was immediately addressed either by phone or through email.
