My experience at Felmington Audi was fantastic. They roll out the red carpet for their customers. I ordered a new Audi Q5 and was told it would probably arrive in about 9 weeks however the employees went out out the red carpet for their customers. I was taken through all of the financing and I received correspondence from Jason regularly about my new car. He even helped me get a duplicate title for my trade-in! Once my car came in I was again taken through the finances a second time and wound up with an even better APR than I had originally expected. Jason set up my car's bluetooth and explained all of the gadgets to me and let me know I could call or e-mail him with any further questions I may have. The day after I picked up my car he called to make sure I was doing well and to be certain I was satisfied with my purchase. I live in CT but I knew through their reputation and my experience with their service dept I would get the best deal and be most satisfied with a car from Flemtington Car and Truck. I would not buy a car anywhere else but Flemington Car and Truck. More

I ordered a new Q5 in January, and received great service from Debbie. We agreed upon a reasonable price, and I was offered a fair amount for my trade when I placed the order. She coordinated with Corey to match / improve upon a loan offer I received from my credit union. When I came to pickup the car, Debbie and Corey had everything worked out, so it was a very fast, painless process. I was pleasantly surprised that my trade value was not reduced at all even though it had a couple thousand more miles from when they first made an offer -- I was expecting a reduction of $200-$300. All in all, it was a great car buying experience. More

They treat you like you are a memeber of their family! I originally went there just to show my wife the vehicle I had been hunting and researching. She wanted no part of any of the process and in fact wasn't thrilled with replacing our perfect condition vehicle. Shortly after climbing inside the show room model, we were greeted by a sales lady, Debbie. The next thing I knew, she had my wife driving the car. Then even though we weren't planning on discussing numbers, they had us in a friendly discussion of what we were looking for and before we knew it, they gave us an INCREDIBLE deal and still we left! It didn't take too long to come to our senses and although most of the other dealers told us they'd match the Flemington deal, we went RUNNING back to Flemington as their people and dealership is by far the BEST experience!
