Hannah introduced us to Cy, and he took great care of us during our visit. He offered us drinks and snacks multiple times, as our visit was fairly lengthy. Cy made sure that the Porsche was in tip top shape. He also had the Car Fax and service records for us. He made it easy for us to decide on buying the car. Before we left, Hannah took a photo of us by the new car. She surprised us with this photo in a very nice frame, as a gift for our wedding anniversary. About a week after we bought the car, Hannah called with another surprise--an invitation to attend the Porsche Ultimate Driving Experience!! We were very impressed with Hannah and Cy. We live three hours away, but we will have no problem taking the trip to Birmingham for our next vehicle purchase. More

He was very patient and demonstrated each and every model thoroughly so I could decide which car would best suit my needs. Additionally, he took the time to review all the possible options, which are many on new Porsche vehicles. In the end, I selected a car that was not in inventory at this particular dealership, so Steve went out of his way working with the sales managers to locate the exact car with all the same options. During this time, he never bothered me by calling excessively. He only contacted me when he had new information or a new development that pertained to my questions or concerns.
