Reviews are not normally my thing but I am compelled to share my experience. I had been looking for a Porsche that fits my needs and found a 2021 Macan S at this dealership so I contacted them through thei share my experience. I had been looking for a Porsche that fits my needs and found a 2021 Macan S at this dealership so I contacted them through their web site to express my interest. I was quickly contacted via email and urged to make an appointment, which I did, for the next day at 11 am (I live 50 minutes away). I was even contacted by the SALES MANAGER the morning of my appointment to confirm, which I did, along with informing him that I had a long drive. Upon my arrival I discovered that they had sold the vehicle out from under me that morning before I even had a chance to see it. The SM apologized and tried to offer me an alternative which was unacceptable but I did a test drive anyway. My sales person Jake was great, very helpful and informative but it didn't take away from my feeling that I had been cheated out of my opportunity. I may be wrong but in my world I should have had first refusal having made an appointment in good faith, but I was proven wrong. They offered to let me know if another model were to show up that would interest me but I doubt that it will ever happen. IMHO it's an awful way to treat a potential buyer, but I guess I'm wrong. Seems that cash (which I had) is more important than happy customers. More

Bought a vehicle from Robert Brooks about a month ago and I am still waiting on a sizable refund. Mr Brooks has ignored our texts, calls, and completely washed his hands of this issue.
