Robert Brooks worked with me on my most recent build, and he helped me get everything squared away prior to the build start date. He REALLY knows his stuff when it comes to buying, selling, trading, and configuring these cars. I'm so glad I got to work with him, and I can honestly give him my highest recommendation for Porsche brand ambassador. Also, I worked closely with Tony Craft (finance manager) to get the financing, warranties and services arranged for the new car. Tony is fantastic! We got everything done for the new car without any aggravation or frustration. And that is saying a LOT for a new car purchase. Finally, I can't say enough about the parts and service departments. They have taken care of me since my first car arrived over 5 years ago, and they are fantastic. Their dedication to customer service is one of the main reasons I stayed with Leith Porsche for my new purchase. Sammy was clearly experienced because he was calm and collected while being efficient. I really didn’t plan on buying anything that day. Fast forward, I’m signing papers. No pressure. No going back and forth with a manager twenty times over price etc. I was waiting for the veil to fall, but it never happened. Everyone was being who they were and it was totally relaxed. Wow, I have purchased from 3 other Porsche dealerships in the past, this dealership by far is the worst experience, management is horrible. The sales guy I delt with was very knowledgeable but the management the past, this dealership by far is the worst experience, management is horrible. The sales guy I delt with was very knowledgeable but the management specifically Cedric, not a great experience. I drove 7 hours each way to pick up a car, they sold me a 2020 cayenne S that had failing PCM, couldn't even drive home it kept freezing as well as defective dashboard that i needed to bring back to my dealership to repair. They should of been honest with me and said it needed to be fixed instead of putting it on another dealership to correct. Cedric told me the PCM could be a easy fix or a month depending on the part, I said if it's a month, don't want the car, if it's a quick fix I still want the car. Next morning after I drove 7 hours home, I called them and he sold the car to someone else. How would he sell a car with a bad PCM and dashboard repair needed??? Don't trust them, horrible they have a Porsche dealership. More
