I was al I have owned BMW 3 series for 11+ years. I work close to Leith Porsche, so going to BMW on Capital before/after work has been quite a hassle. I was also looking to get a smaller, 2 seat, manual, vehicle as a daily drive. The Cayman was one of my top choices., though I was nervous about Porsche in general. I stopped by Porsche to look at some used Cayman's and met Brad Shafer. He was very open and honest about the cars, pricing, etc. After my first drive in a Cayman I knew that would be my next vehicle. Brad worked with Chris in Service to give me a very detailed list of maintenance and pricing that I could run into over the next 60K miles as I was concerned about this. This was fantastic, and it helped me to much better understand the costs of ownership. It took a few weeks, but the perfect Cayman came in for me. Brad knew exactly what I was looking for, and when I received the call I knew it'd be the one. After a test drive on some backroads around the Power Plant I was sold on that car. We negotiated and shook hands on the way back, I didn't want anyone else to get this Cayman! I really enjoyed conversations with Brad as well, very personable and easy to talk to. He was also very responsive throughout the entire process, I knew I wanted to do business with Brad and was glad the right Cayman came in. Alex in Finance made the paperwork extremely painless - it was the smoothest and fastest vehicle transaction I have had to date. So far Leith Porsche has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone I have interfaced with so far has been very friendly and helpful. I look forward to continued business with them and even stopping in from time to time to say hello. More

When it came time to finalize the purchase on the car, Phillip went above and beyond and went so far as to personally pick my husband up from the airport! Now, that's what I call service!
