As it turned out, they had a perfectly equipped 2015 Cayman S for my tastes. I emailed the dealership's general account on Monday afternoon. Nathan Hansen got back in touch with me almost immediately. I hate talking on the phone, and he never once balked at communicating through email and texts. By Tuesday, we had the deal sealed up (with a fair offer for my Boxster S), and by Wednesday Nathan personally delivered the car to me (in SC). Nathan was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I'm cursed with an elephant's memory for details and Nathan never let a single request of mine drop. It's a great pleasure to work with competent, detail-oriented people. I wish Leith was my local dealer, but even given the 4-hour drive, I'll still start there for all my future purchases. My 11 year old Dachshund "Dub" and I rented a car in Augusta SC and drove up to Raleigh. Jim was waiting at the rental car drop-off when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that Dub was welcome in the showroom and offices as if he was a paying customer! Jim answered all of my questions and concerns with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile. The usual hassle of buying a car was non-existent. Everything went smoothly and quickly (not hurried though). I came in one hour before closing time due to myself being held at work late on that Saturday. He graciously offered to help me and continued to stay 3 hours past closing along with Leith Porsche's General Manager. Robert Brooks took care of my needs and explained the entire process as we went along. He insisted on getting me the best price for my vehicle and in the end he did. I never felt rushed even though it was past closing and I left with a new vehicle I couldn't be happier with. Due to it being past closing, they offered for me to come back another day to have my car detailed as they were unable to do it so late that night.
