The entire team is outstanding and really knows what customer service is all about. This goes from the top down as I was able to talk with management as well. I felt like Robert really listened to what we were wanting and he was able to assist in finding the right solution for us (I suspect we may not be easy to deal with). He was extremely knowledgable about all facets of the brand and was able to make sure we got what we needed. In the end we (momma) were very happy with our purchase.
