In January we test drove a Macan at the Tucson Dealer. I was interested in one with the PAS option. The salesman had no idea what that was until I explained it to him! So I was receiving Chandler e mails since their opening. I went to their website, picked Adam, wrote an email. Turns out there was only one Macan with PAS in the USA for sale! We would have to order if we wanted the PAS option. We negotiated price on an ordered car, I didn't expect that (dealers discount what's on the lot not on a order). Several e mails later it was ordered and deposit via credit card all by e mail! Six or eight weeks later we drove up to Chandler to meet Adam for the first time. He's respectful, genuine, caring, thorough, made us feel very comfortable. We still had another 6-8 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. We picked it up yesterday, what a wonderful machine! The experience was unmatched, they are ready to do business, make it a pleasant experience, make you a customer/friend for life. Really! I can't believe Adam was able to put up with me, there aren't many like him........ More

I worked with Alex Benson, Nick Amar, Steve Rotonda and Ginger D'Anna. I have previously purchased cars from Porsche dealers in New Jersey, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Porsche Chandler is the best dealership that I have dealt with so far. They answered all of my emails and texts very promptly. We worked out all the details and then I flew out to Arizona to see the car before having it shipped back to NH. I was already very impressed with the staff at Porsche Chandler, but when I arrived at the dealership I was even more impressed. It is the nicest looking dealership that I have ever seen. Alex, Nick, Steve and Ginger were all working and it was a pleasure meeting all of them. They were all as helpful in person as they were online. We took the car for a test drive and finalized the sale. Alex, who has only been working at the dealership for a short time was exceptional. I have dealt with many porsche, audi, BMW and mercedes sales people and Alex is at the top of the list. So far the best Porsche buying experience I have had. More

Steve R. was wonderful to deal with when working on, and finalizing the financial details, a consummate professional. And Ginger was very detailed in explaining all of the miscellaneous warranties, and other available programs available. The owner did a great job in putting this staff together.
