Rick was more then I could have asked for. My wife was in a pretty bad accident and we wanted to replace her totaled Q5. I called ahead and Rick had the car pulled out(SQ5) for us and came out with the keys a pretty bad accident and we wanted to replace her totaled Q5. Came back, submitted an offer and he helped us get to the price we wanted to be at super quick. Since my wife still couldn’t drive, I asked Rick for a super big favor in delivering the car to us. He explained they really didn’t do that, but he made it happen and personally delivered the car. It was freshly detailed inside and out with a full tank to boot. Rick was down to earth, straight forward, and no BS. Didn’t try to upsale us or do any of the other not so pleasant sales pitch stuff.
