Pleasant car-buying experience "Pleasant" is not a word often associated with a used car purchase, but it is a great word to describe our recent experience at Prestige Audi. Our salesman, Kevin Collier, was friendly, courteous, patient, and professional, in short, everything you would want in a dealership salesperson. Even though we were "walk-ins", Kevin spent as much time as we needed to answer all our questions and help us find the Audi Q5 we were seeking with no rush and no pressure. Since I first leased the S3 Prestige has been OUTSTANDING! I first leased the S3 in July of 2017 and purchased the maintenance contract as part of my lease. Since that time I have never had any trouble with an I first leased the S3 in July of 2017 and purchased the maintenance contract as part of my lease. Since that time I have never had any trouble with anything. Every time I bring it back to Prestige Imports the Service Staff and all the other people in the dealership have been very polite and ultra friendly, Jared Petrbok kept me informed as to the progress and very professional. I don't drive the S3 much because my company has me traveling a lot more so there are not a lot of miles on my car but still the whole Service team makes sure that the S3 stays in tiptop condition. When my lease is done I will definitely be return to get another Audi from Prestige Imports and recommend them to anyone looking for an Audi or Porsche. More

Very poor customer service Stacey Green 23 points a minute ago After what we thought was a really good buying experience we contacted the dealer customer service departmen Stacey Green 23 points a minute ago After what we thought was a really good buying experience we contacted the dealer customer service department because a media cable that came with the car and was described as operational was, in fact, broken. The service rep, Nicki, said she’d send a replacement right away. After a week I contacted her again and she stated the salesman had forgotten to send it and it would be sent that dyay. I received it a couple of day later and it was the wrong type of cable. I contacted both Nicki and the salesperson, Petko, and received an email stating they would not send the correct cable and I needed to find one for sale on Amazon. I reached out once more to both of them and a manager and received no response at all. We did buy a certified pre-owned Audi, which they were obviously aware of when they agreed to send a new cable but sent the incorrect part. All we wanted was for them to follow through on the commitment they made to replace a faulty piece of equipment. It’s difficult to understand why, at the very least, we weren’t contacted by management. This should have been easy. Either say no, or be willing to follow through. We won’t be recommending this dealer to others in the future due to this customer service fail and management’s lack of concern. It’s a shame that they are willing to lose future sales over an $80 media cable. More
