They would not stand behind the work they previously performed and expected me to pay $12,000 for a new engine. Also, was hit up for unnecessary service items on my previous visit, specifically to replace rear brake pads and rotors when i had 50% left on the pads and an unnecessary alternator pulley replacement. Keep in mind the service advisers get paid on commission. More

Bait and Switch Alysa was my salesperson. I had a very long text conversation with her prior to coming to purchase my 2014 S5 Cabriolet because the last thing I want Alysa was my salesperson. I had a very long text conversation with her prior to coming to purchase my 2014 S5 Cabriolet because the last thing I wanted to do was get all the way there and have to turn around without a new car. We worked out a trade in value, a sales price and a finance rate through these texts. I agreed to all the terms and asked them to hold the car. They said they would only hold it with a $2500 non-refundable deposit (thank god I didn't do that!!). Since they were unwilling to hold the car I made a backup deal with another dealer in case they sold the car in Denver before I got there. I had the cashier's check for the down payment made out to both dealers. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to deal with these guys do that. I then drove 16 hours to pick up the car, checking with them half way to be sure they didn't sell it before I got there. When I got there I found the car had a large scratch on the left quarter panel and a broken air deflector. I told them I wanted the air deflector fixed before I bought the car since it was advertised as having it working. The sales manager told me there was nothing they were going to do about it because it was a used car and Alysa told me they didn't have another one they could give me. They changed their mind when I told them I wouldn't take the car without it. When I asked about touch-up paint for the scratch they told me I could purchase it from the parts desk. (Really?? They can't throw that in with a $41K car? Whatever!!) I'll get the paint from my local Audi dealer. Then I went to fill out the paperwork. Despite having all the text messages describing what they would do for prices and rates they tried to charge me $700 more (between processing fees and trade in value) and .75% higher interest than we had agreed on via text. They claimed that Audi recently raised the price of the processing fees and they couldn't do anything about the rate because I was from out of state and they couldn't use their normal credit unions (They didn't realize all this before I drove 16 hours to get there I guess). It wasn't until I showed them the deal with the other car dealer and the cashiers check written to either of them that I was able to convince them that I was seriously going to leave if they didn't honor our original agreement. They agreed to take $500 off (still $200 more than we agreed earlier) if I gave them a good review on Google, so if you see this review on google, now you know why. I still have to refinance the loan to get the rate they promised. If they had been honest up front I could have brought my own financing but they thought it would be better to make a few bucks from the financing and xxxx off a customer. In conclusion this is a GREAT dealer. More

John clearly went over the work to be done, checked with me on any additional issues or concerns with the vehicle, and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The work was completed sooner than expected, and I promptly received a call indicating that the vehicle was ready. Pick-up was smooth and without delay, with a clear explanation of work done, advice on considerations for the next service interval, and vehicle returned complete with a complimentary wash. Overall, a great experience!! More

They promised me $23,000 on my trade in subject to my "not putting a lot of miles on my car and no mechanical issues. Well I made a big effort not to drive much and put miles on it but they still didn't live up to their word. Sleazy unethical used car salesman stereo type. Claimed the vale was much less. Real problem I believe is they just made up the $23,000 trade in value to get me to sign the contract and never intended to honor it. 3rd and last car I'll ever buy from them. More
