After waiting on hold, a person in the service department said my advisor had gone home and he couldn't tell me anything on status. I understand that things might take longer for various reasons, but zero communication is inexcusable. Not a "luxury brand" experience. My wife is a customer at Boulder Audi and she has a very different and better experience every. single. time. TBF, their collision department did amazing work on my vehicle and were very communicative. More
